Understanding the needs of his community, Hank Williamson, owner of the The Maids Home Services of the Triad, recently developed a brochure to educate residents on minimizing allergy and asthma contaminants in homes.
“I created The Healthy Home Guide in response to so many families in the Piedmont Triad who suffer from allergies and asthma, and who aren’t aware of the specific actions they may take to make their homes healthier,” said Williamson.
The Maids partnered with leading service providers ABS Professional Air Duct Cleaning and Pest Management Systems in providing the resource. The guide provides solutions to significantly improve indoor air quality and how to maintain a healthier home environment. Additionally, Williamson solicited the advice of a veterinarian for further guidance for families with pets.
The brochure may be found throughout the Triad at participating doctors and veterinarian offices, real estate offices, beauty salons, pet supply stores, the Chamber of Commerce and other locations. The Healthy Home Guide is also available for download by CLICKING HERE.
